There are plenty of good alternatives to Turbo Tax these days.  However, as far as tax software goes, Turbo Tax is still the cream of the crop and for those who like to procrastinate like I do, you can buy it in the morning on April 15th and have your taxes done in a couple hours if you have all you info handy (it takes a little longer if you don't have everything ready to go).
